This deliciously strange debut has been described by Neil Gaiman as “the place where gothic horror meets contemporary fiction, where magic meets despair… An auspicious start to a writing career” and by Kirsty Logan as “the queer horror book of your dreams”. Leon will introduce us to a world of ruined mansions, Golems, lethal curses and Satanic Mass, followed by a discussion about queer identity and the complicated nature of being human, with audience Q&A.
We’ll also have additional grotesque genius from Dylan McNulty-Holmes.
Come dressed in your most gory glamour—there will be treats for the best Halloween outfits!
